TheHeisenBug is an interview preparation platform that provides technical interview questions, study guide answers, structured learning paths, and hands-on practice projects organized by technology and seniority level. The Service offers both free and premium content.
3. Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information during the sign-in process.
4. Premium Content and Payments
4.1 Pricing
Premium access is available as a one-time lifetime purchase at the following prices:
- $19.90 USD (international)
- R$49.90 BRL (Brazil)
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing premium users.
4.2 No Refunds
All premium purchases are final and non-refundable. Every topic on the platform includes free content that allows you to evaluate the quality and format of the material before purchasing. We encourage you to review the free content thoroughly before making a purchase decision.
4.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly share premium content without authorization
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the Service
- Attempt to bypass authentication or payment verification mechanisms
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, code examples, graphics, and design, is the property of TheHeisenBug and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Premium content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may use code examples from the Service in your own projects, but you may not republish or redistribute the educational content (questions, answers, learning chapters) in any form.
7. Content Disclaimer
The content provided on the Service is for educational and interview preparation purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content. Technology evolves rapidly, and some information may become outdated.
The Service does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to passing technical interviews or obtaining employment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheHeisenBug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use. In the event of termination for violation, no refund will be provided for premium purchases.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
